HEART OF TRADITION TOPICAL MAGNESIUM

Heart of Tradition topical magnesium bottle

Daniel started Heart of Tradition 12 years ago.  He had moved to France to become a naturopath, where he studied plants, supplements, and body work. He came across magnesium oil and it made a strong impression on him. A very pure source of magnesium was just around the corner in Holland on the Zechstein Sea; so he started a business in France and was able to get the products into many popular organic grocery shops having worked at many of these himself.  He then returned to Texas and began to deliver this amazing gift of clear stone magnesium chloride. He wanted the best quality possible, in healthy glass, with only one ingredient. He has several studies on his website describing the need for magnesium, both internally and topically.  Apparently, most people are deficient in magnesium, and Daniel sells the best magnesium available!

Daniel says that Full Spectrum Topical Magnesium from the Zechstein Sea is needed for one’s bones, tissues, muscles, nerves, etc. The magnesium market is primarily of industrial grade; and is chemically separated magnesium, creating an inferior product, resulting in less benefit.    Many consider that people are more deficient in magnesium than in  any other mineral.  Topical magnesium works faster than powder/pill form, due to the large surface area of the skin organ.  Without an abundance of high quality magnesium, which is hard to find in the soil, the body loses structural flexibility.  Magnesium deficiency is a structural deficiency. It is great for sleep, cramps, pain, hair, skin, teeth and more.

JINX BREAD

Jinx BreadOnce you taste it, you’ll know real bread made from wheat. Crafted with the fewest ingredients possible, and all from Texas. Jinx bread is naturally leavened, a technique for rising dough that dates back centuries, but a process sadly pushed aside for convenience.

Natural leavening is not just easier to digest with a lower degree of gluten intolerance, it adds a subtle yet delicious complexity to the flavor of the bread.

LOST PINES YAUPON TEA

lost pines yaupon tea

Deliciously refreshing, Yaupon is the only caffeinated native plant in North America. We wild harvest it in the Lost Pines Bastrop area as part of the habitat conservation plan. Our regenerative efforts help restore habitat for the critically endangered Houston toad, our mascot.

Yaupon, aka the “beloved tree”, is rich in minerals, antioxidants, with anti-inflammatory properties. What also makes yaupon so unique is its excellent balance of theobromine (the pleasure molecule found in dark chocolate) and caffeine, so it makes a smooth alternative to coffee without the jitters. And because of its lack of tannins it’s not as bitter; its closest relatives are South American yerba mate and guayusa.

We sell it as a cold beverage in summer, also available hot in the winter.  The yaupon concentrates flavored with fruit and herbs, and dried yaupon are also available.  One cup of yaupon is free with any purchase all year round.
